Towcester Veterinary Centre is offering full-time, 12 month internshipsfor recently graduated veterinary surgeons at our independent mixed practice in Northamptonshire.

In this fully-mentored position, you will begin by shadowing one of our two Small Animal Partners to learn to consult and manage first opinion and referral cases, building up your own caseload to manage more independently as your knowledge and confidence grows.

You will be working at our small animal hospital and two smaller sites, which are fully-equipped with a laparoscopy and endoscopy kit, full ASIF/AO orthopaedic kit and an in-house lab. We also have two surgery certificate holders and one medicine certificate holder, providing the opportunity to work cases up to the highest level.

We are a supportive team of 11 veterinary surgeons and a group of experienced nurses.

Your salary will be £25k plus accommodation allowance. Benefits include a CPD allowance, private healthcare, RCVS fees paid and a staff discount. We can be flexible with start dates.
